What information should I have ready when I contact you?

It helps to have your NDIS plan or plan reference number on hand, as well as a general idea of the support you are looking for. However, if you are new to the NDIS or unsure, do not worry. We are happy to guide you through everything from the start.

Do you respond to enquiries on weekends?

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. For after-hours urgent support needs, our team is available 24/7. For general enquiries submitted on weekends, we will respond on the next business day.

Can I refer someone else to Alfalah Care?
