Alfalah Care was established in 2025 with a simple but powerful belief that every person living with a disability deserves support that is compassionate, reliable and genuinely person-centered. Founded right here in Hobart, we set out to build something different: an NDIS provider that puts people first, always.
From our very first participant, we committed to understanding each person’s unique goals, challenges and lifestyle. We believe that great support goes far beyond ticking boxes on a service agreement, it means showing up, listening deeply, and walking alongside each participant every step of the way.
Though we are a young organization, our team brings together experienced, passionate support workers who share a deep commitment to the Tasmanian community. We are proud to be a locally operated, NDIS-registered provider and prouder still of the lives we are helping to transform right here in Hobart.
